I am taking the challenge. It is about time for me to get back into shape. I have been nursing two injuries the past month and a half, a back strain and climber’s elbow. Both, pretty bad, the best advice I found was to be rest and lots of Motrin, with Drx. permission of course…I don’t recommend 600mg of Motrin and a dose of Cyclobenzaprine before bedtime. I took the Cyclo one night and that was it! It knocked me the F@*%k out! I can stand pills as is, so I stopped that and just took the Motrin for the next 3 weeks!
So before I hit the climbing gym again, I wanna come back stronger than before, so I can graduate to be solid on V0’s, V1’s and start sending V2’s…maybe.
I took the initial test, and it looks as though I am a Column 3’r. My personal goal on day 1 will be 40 consecutive on Level 5.
Here I goes!
