I am taking the challenge. It is about time for me to get back into shape. I have been nursing two injuries the past month and a half, a back strain and climber’s elbow. Both, pretty bad, the best advice I found was to be rest and lots of Motrin, with Drx. permission of course…I don’t recommend 600mg of Motrin and a dose of Cyclobenzaprine before bedtime. I took the Cyclo one...
